Join us for a very special night featuring a NY state-focused five-course dinner with bourbon pairings from the trailblazing Tuthilltown Spirits, and their exquisite line of Hudson bourbons and ryes.

Amuse: Clams Casino baked long island clams, garlic breadcrumbs, bacon
Pairing: Manhattan with Hudson Bright Lights, Big Bourbon
Second Course: Waldorf Salad crisp frisée , mixed greens, hudson valley apples, grapes, celery, candied pumpkin seeds, maple–bourbon vinaigrette
Pairing: Hudson Short Stack, neat
Third Course: Beef on Weck buffalo’s iconic sandwich: smoked tri-tip, kummelweck roll, horseradish cream, warm au jus
Pairing: Hudson Do the Rye Thing, rocks
Fourth Course: choice of:
Maple-Smoked Long Island Duck Leg blackberry–bourbon reduction, creamy celeriac & blue cheese purée, rosemary-scented duck jus, roasted baby carrots

Blackberry-bourbon Smoked Brook Trout blackberry–bourbon reduction, creamy celeriac & blue cheese purée, roasted baby carrots
Pairing: Hudson Calvados Cask Rye 7 Year, neat
Fifth Course: NY Cheesecake warm bourbon–maple caramel, Hudson Valley spiced apple compote
Pairing: Brooklyn’s egg cream, spiked with Hudson's “This is Your Favorite Whiskey,” served with a sidecar of “This is Your Favorite Whiskey,” neat.
